Article 1    All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.
Article 5    No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.
The goal of our aspirations
A world without violence and torture, in which fundamental human rights are respected and recognized human right to respect for their physical existence where respectfully and are sensitive to the elderly and persons with disabilities, where vulnerable people have access to quality medical, psychosocial and social assistance, where tolerance and solidarity are indestructible values of social life.
What we do
We provide medical and rehabilitative care for victims of torture and ill-treatment, or who have suffered otherwise as a result of gross violations of fundamental human rights and members of the families of such persons.

All assistance at the Center for individuals who are clients of IRC - is free of charge.
