For many years, the Center has been providing medical and psychosocial assistance to victims of National Socialism and the elderly injured in the war.

The project is currently being implemented on the basis of an outpatient clinic by the International Rehabilitation Center (IRC) and with the financial support of the German Memory Foundation. Responsibility. Future "and is designed for three years.

The main target groups of this project are:
• victims of National Socialism
• victims of the Stalinist and Brezhnev regimes
• elderly people affected by the war

In addition to medical and psychosocial care at the Center, it is planned to provide assistance to non-mobile and low-mobility clients at home.

We invite people from the above categories to seek help from our Center. All services for them will be free.
