Gaps in health care in Ukraine, preference of pharmacological
treatment, lack of training of medical staff to work with such
people do not allow our patients to receive the necessary medical
assistance in state health care facilities.  Private clinics are closed
for them because they simply cannot afford them.

IRC staff has many years of experience working with physically and
psychologically injured and lonely people what allows to avoid
drawbacks of the state health care system.

The decision to treat is to be taken only when the patient
understands that it’s needed and gives consent to treatment.
Treatment is usually directed both the patient and the members of
his family.

Each treatment begins with a short discussion and evaluation of
the patient's needs. Each case has its own individual plan of
treatment and rehabilitation.

Depending on financial capacity of the patients, they can receive
the most necessary drugs prescribed by a doctor free of charge.

Treatment is usually provided at the Center. However, if the
patient is unable to get to the center (elderly, seriously ill,
disabled people) and there is urgent need for a treatment, medical
specialist or medical team may visit him at home. In some cases, if
necessary, the patient can be taken to the IRC by our car.

All information obtained from the survey and during treatment is
strictly confidential and will not be disclosed without the written
consent of the client.

The Center guaranteed confidentiality of all information about
themselves, their families and any other information communicated
by the client in her center.
